II. Tűzvédelmi Mérnöki és Katasztrófavédelmi Nemzetközi Tudományos Konferencia (2022)2022. május 19. 08:00
Tisztelt Érdeklődők! Nagy örömmel látjuk Önöket a Védelem Online folyóirat és a Nemzeti Közszolgálati Egyetem Rendészettudományi Karának Katasztrófavédelmi Intézete által immáron második alkalommal közösen megszervezett, angol nyelvű, előre felvett videókonferenciáján. Az elmúlt időszakot nagy bizonytalanság jellemezte az egész világon a Covid-19 pandémia miatt, amely hatással volt életünkre és tevekénységünkre az elmúlt hónapokban, és amely valószínűleg a közeljövőben is jelen lesz. A világjárvány miatt érthető, hogy a korábbiakhoz képest számos konferencia új formában került megtartásra. Az elmúlt időszakban több nemzetközi és hazai példát is találhatunk online konferenciákra. Az ilyen, felvételre rögzített konferenciák egyik jellemzője, hogy az az előadóknak az esemény idején nem kell valós időben jelen lenniük, mivel az előadások előre rögzített videókban elérhetők az online platformon. Ebből kiindulva a tavalyi év során már szerveztünk egy hasonló konferenciát, amely a résztvevők és az érdeklődők visszajelzése alapján rendkívül sikeresnek bizonyult. A sikerre való tekintettel a hagyományteremtés reményében idén második alkalommal is megrendezzük a Tűzvédelmi Mérnöki és Katasztrófavédelmi Nemzetközi Tudományos Konferenciát. A konferencia elsődleges célja, hogy bemutassuk a jelenlegi tudományos kutatásokat a tűzvédelmi mérnöki szakterületen és a tűzvédelem egyéb területein. Ennek megfelelően a tűzvédelemmel kapcsolatos előadások dominálnak a konferencia során, de számos esetben találhatnak olyan előadásokat is, amelyek a katasztrófavédelem és a biztonság egyes aspektusait érintik. Örömmel tájékoztatjuk Önöket, hogy a hat magyar egyetem mellett hat külföldi intézmény oktatóinak és kutatóinak videobemutatóját kaptuk meg, amelyekért köszönetünket fejezzük ki. Őszintén reméljük, hogy a konferenciánk előadásait érdeklődéssel fogják megtekinteni és azok a kutatásaikhoz további információval fognak szolgálni! Tisztelettel: a szervezők 2nd Fire Engineering & Disaster Management Prerecorded International Scientific ConferenceDear Visitors, We are very pleased to see you in the English-language pre-recorded video conference co-organized by the Journal of Védelem Online and the Institute for Disaster Management of the Faculty of Law Enforcement of the University of Public Service. This current period is uncertainty for the entire World due to Covid-19 Pandemic, which affected and modified our lives and activities for the past months and will probably be present in the near future. Due to the pandemic, it is understandable that some conferences have been held in a new format compared to the previous ones. Recently, we can find several international and national examples of online conferences. One feature of such pre-recorded conferences is that presenters do not have to be present in real time at conference, as the presentations are available in pre-recorded videos on the online platform. We organized a similar conference last year, which was very successful based on feedback from the participants of the conference. In view of the success, we are organizing it for the second time this year, hoping to create a tradition. The primary goal of the conference is to present the current scientific research in the field of fire engineering and other areas of the fire protection. Accordingly, presentations on fire protection will dominate the conference, but in many cases, presentations can be found that expound the certain aspects of the disaster management and the safety and security. We are pleased to inform you that in addition to the 6 Hungarian universities, we have received video presentations from lecturers and researchers from 6 foreign universities, wherefore we would like to express our gratitude. Sincerely, The organizers of the conference Welcome video by Colonel Dr. habil. Gyula VassColonel Dr. habil. Gyula Vass was born in 1957. He has been leading the Institute of Disaster Management since 2017. Colonel Dr. Vass has master’s degrees in civil engineer (1991) and fire engineering (1986). He defended his PhD thesis in the field of military sciences, disaster management in 2006 at the Zrínyi Miklós National Defence University. In 2016 he habilitated at Ludovika-UPS and from 2017, he is full-time associate professor. He has positions at Fire and Disaster Management organisations as a firefighter, fire prevention officer, industrial safety expert and different fire chiefs. He is a member of the Scientific Council for Disaster Management, the Technical Scientific Section for Nuclear Accident Prevention and the Nuclear Energy Certification Commission. 2022 áprilisában másodszor került megszervezésre a Tűzvédelmi Mérnöki és Katasztrófavédelmi Nemzetközi Tudományos Konferencia, amelyen 89 előadó (21 külföldi, 68 hazai) 12 felsőoktatási intézmény (6 külföldi, 6 hazai) közreműködésével született 54 előadás öt (Fire engineering, Fire protection, Firefighting and rescue operation management, Disaster management, Safety and security) témakörben. A Védelem Online és a Nemzeti Közszolgálati Egyetem Rendészettudományi Karának Katasztrófavédelmi Intézete angol nyelvű videókonferenciájának előadásait tesszük közzé.
